We ship ground and the best way to keep prices low and competitive. We also ship all waterfowl and game calls to you free of charge. We give you the best prices and free shipping too, because at Mad Duck Outdoors, it’s all about you! We want your loyalty as a customer and will do what we can to earn it.

Canadian Customers
Please contact us directly through e-mail or on the phone listed on the contact page for quotes on shipping. You will get the same price as listed on our website. We will charge you no more than we would pay in shipping and maybe even less. We have discontinued automatic orders for Canadian customers as we always lose money on large items ordered and shipped to Canada and we are unable to allow you to purchase one item automatically and not others. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns

Returns that are the result of our mistake should be returned to the address provided on the packing slip. Returns for our mistakes will be handled at your choice by either an in store credit or correct item shipment. All defective items returned within 30 days of purchase will be replaced as an exchange for a new item. All other returns returned in unopened/re-sellable condition if made within 30 days of purchase will be will be issued store credit minus shipping costs. All returns shall be postage paid by either US Priority Mail or UPS. Due to sanitary reasons, all calls are non-returnable. If a call is defective, the address of the manufacturer will be provided.
